Gerald Ondiek Board Chair, Associate Professor in the Business School of the University of Nairobi. Gerald is passionate about community development and its role has inspired the community to engage constructively with the challenges of development. |
Lucy Rao Lucy holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering, Farm Power and Machinery and a Masters in Public Administration. Lucy is also an International fashion designer and she’s known for her fashion shop “Rialto Fashions”. She contributes her wealth of experience to identify, develop and expand sustainable solutions to tackle food insecurity and develop sustainable agriculture. She is also a part-time small-hold farmer. |

Margaret Atieno Odero
Margaret is a trained Paralegal officer. She brings legal expertise to the Board and, more importantly, enthusiasm for Kar Geno’s key values and beliefs of inclusiveness, to help end marginalization, discrimination and gender based violence. |
Raphine Onjango Muga Currently serves as Kar Geno’s Director of Operations and Board Secretary. His speciality in Development studies has led him to the field of community development. Raphine previously served in an HIV/AIDS support organization where he gained experience working with HIV affected women, addressing their needs in community development and sustainability of their self-help initiated projects. |
